Do I need to download anything?
No. MyCareerAgents.ai is completely online and works on desktop, tablet, and mobile browsers.
Is my information secure?
Yes. Your data is encrypted, never sold, and only used to generate your career insights. You control and can delete your data at any time.
Can I use more than one agent?
Yes, but not at the same time. You can switch agents based on your needs.
What is the Tailor Resume feature?
Tailor Resume rewrites your resume/CV for a specific job description, highlighting keywords, achievements, and structure for ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
Does the AI create an entire resume from scratch?
No. It uses your existing resume and generates a new one highlighting skills and experience that match the job description.
Will the AI invent experience I don’t have?
No. The system is explicitly designed to avoid fabricating employers, dates, or qualifications. It uses and enhances what you already provide.
What is the Fit Score?
Fit Score is a 0-100 rating that shows how well your resume matches a specific job based on skills, experience, and responsibilities.
Is Fit Score the same as Job Fit Assessment?
No. The Job Fit Assessment does a deeper analysis with AI to not only provide a score, but also provide strengths and areas to improve and up-skill.
Where do job listings come from?
Jobs come from trusted global job APIs, curated several times a day. You can filter by location, remote-only, and more.
Can I use all feature for free?
Yes. You can search for jobs with Fit Score matching, tailor your resume, get a Job Fit Assessment, and use all features for free. Free usage is limited monthly.
What do I get with a Pro subscription?
Pro subscription unlocks unlimited job matching with Fit Scores, unlimited resume tailoring, and unlimited detailed job-fit assessments. It also enables you to use multiple resumes, and target multiple roles and countries.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel with one click in your account settings. Your subscription will continue until the next billing cycle.
How is my personal information used?
Only to generate insights for you. We don’t sell or share your data with employers or third-party marketers. You can delete your data from the platform or request for your account to be permanently deleted.
